Customer Support Representative - Milwaukee, WI

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customer inquiries (via telephone and email)
  • Process Customer orders
  • Track and expedite Customer orders
  • Prepare product quotes for Customers
  • Document Customer contact and product feedback
  • Troubleshoot Adaptive hardware and software
  • Process product returns and associated paperwork

Requirements - Business/Technical Skills:

  • Must be PC literate with an emphasis on MS Office software and on-line communications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Positive professional attitude
  • 2 Years of Customer Service experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus


Education Required:

  • Associates Degree preferred
