Customer Support Representative - Milwaukee, WI
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer inquiries (via telephone and email)
- Process Customer orders
- Track and expedite Customer orders
- Prepare product quotes for Customers
- Document Customer contact and product feedback
- Troubleshoot Adaptive hardware and software
- Process product returns and associated paperwork
Requirements - Business/Technical Skills:
- Must be PC literate with an emphasis on MS Office software and on-line communications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive professional attitude
- 2 Years of Customer Service experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Education Required:
- Associates Degree preferred
